Our Realign & Rise retreat is a sacred space for anyone navigating life’s transitions. Whether you’re moving through change, seeking clarity and balance, or simply longing to reconnect with your inner compass. This soul nourishing retreat honors the alchemical nature of transformation. How we soften into the unknown, release what no longer serves, and awaken a deeper sense of self through healing, presence, and intention. Set in a peaceful, nurturing environment, the day weaves together life coaching, gentle yoga, Reiki energy healing, and sound to support your realignment on every level mind, body, and spirit.

What’s Included: The Alchemy of Change in Practice Life Coaching & Soul Inquiry
Guided by Pam Burke, these sessions offer reflective tools to help you explore where you are in your personal journey, what you’re ready to shift, and how to rise with clarity and confidence. Expect soul aligned journaling, group sharing, and compassionate guidance.

Gentle Yoga & Embodied Movement
Led by Marty Zurn, this mindful movement practice is designed to ground your energy, open the heart, and help you embody the spaciousness of change.  Welcome to all bodies and levels of experience, with options to practice on the mat or in a chair. 

Reiki Healing & Energy Integration
Throughout the day, you’ll receive individual and group Reiki from Pam, Marty, and Liz Holcomb to release energetic blockages, soothe the nervous system, and support inner balance and health.
Sound Bath Journey

Close your day with an immersive sound healing session led by Liz Holcomb. Let crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, and grounding tones carry you into deep relaxation, integration, and renewal.
Nourishment, Reflection & Community

Enjoy tea, healthy snacks, and heartfelt connection. This is a space where you are seen, heard, and supported as you realign with your truth and rise into what's next.
