TheĀ Seasource Mentor StudioĀ is a welcoming, open-studio gathering for self-learning, creative exploration, and nervous system regulation. Designed for adults and professionals, this experience offers space to explore expressive arts practices that support mindfulness, emotional awareness, and self-care.
Each month features aĀ Seasource theme, offering a fresh lens for somatic and expressive exploration while maintaining a consistent, supportive structure. Participants are invited to work at their own pace, with optional guidance from Stacia Boynton, LMHC, an experienced Expressive Arts Therapist.
This is aĀ self-paced, community-supported studioānot a therapy group.
Each Seasource Studio includes:
