About the Gathering
Bring the ocean’s beauty to life through needle felting in this calming, creative studio experience. This February, we explore the Octopus Seasource, blending hands-on felting with nervous system education, reflection, and mindful creativity.
Whether you are new to felting or an experienced maker, you will be supported in creating a dolphin-inspired piece using a wide range of felting tools, woolcolors, and materials. The gathering is designed to be slow, grounding, and accessible—no prior experience is required. Throughout the session, Seasource education will be gently woven into the creative process, with optional journaling prompts available as you create. Each month features a new Seasource and a corresponding nervous system regulation theme.

Facilitator
Stacia Boynton, LMHC is an Expressive Arts Therapist and the founder of Sea to Believe Expressive Arts Studio. She brings a trauma-informed, creative, and somatic approach to each gathering, supporting participants in using art as a pathway to regulation, curiosity, and connection. By purchasing this experience I understand that this gathering offers therapeutic benefits through expressive arts, though it is not formal therapy.
