Join us for a quiet, nurturing winter gathering by the sea, where creativity, natural materials, and mindfulness come together. In this gathering you will have the opportunity to create a heart-shaped wreaths using dried flowers and seasonal textures, along with handmade cards designed with intention an offering of warmth and care during the stillness of winter.
As we create, you will be guided through gentle mindful moments that support grounding, nervous system regulation, and presence. The slower pace of the season invites reflection and softness, while making with your hands offers comfort and connection. Tea will be available throughout the gathering, and you’ll leave with meaningful creations that hold your intentions as we move through the final stretch of winter.
No art experience is needed. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, create without pressure, and enjoy a calm, supportive space by the sea. All materials are provided please wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart. 💕🌊
