Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and reflection at Sea to Believe Expressive Arts Studio, where we provide a welcoming space to connect, create, and regulate. In this relaxed, nurturing environment, you’ll craft a personal collage that reflects your dreams and aspirations for the months ahead.
At our studio, we believe in offering a therapeutic experience—not formal therapy—designed to help you unwind, explore your creativity, and find moments of inner calm. Surrounded by soft lighting, music, and a variety of magazines and materials, you’ll have the freedom to tap into your artistic side, whether you’re a seasoned creator or simply looking for a peaceful way to express yourself. This space is all about self-expression, connection with others, and creating a sense of balance through the therapeutic process of art-making.
Facilitator🌷
Stacia Boynton, Expressive Arts Therapist and owner of Sea to Believe Studio, brings her experience and passion for creativity and healing to each session. She will guide you in using collage-making as a tool to uncover the beauty of your inner world, helping you set intentions and create with purpose, while also fostering a sense of calm and regulation.
This workshop is designed for all skill levels and offers a supportive space to relax, create, and connect. While the experience provides therapeutic benefits, it’s not intended as formal therapy. It’s all about bringing intention and creativity into your life in a gentle, fun, and community-focused way.
