We’re bringing the ocean’s beauty to life through needle felting! Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting out, this is the perfect opportunity to connect, create, and unwind while making your own starfish-inspired pieces. During this time you will have access to a variety of color, shapes, and felting supplies. There will be seasource education mixed into the creative experience as well as opportunity to journal while you create. Each month will focus on a new seasource and nervous system regulation strategy. There is no experience required for this gathering
Facilitator 🎨
Stacia Boynton, Expressive Arts Therapist and owner of Sea to Believe Expressive Arts Studio, brings her experience and passion for creativity and healing to each session. She will guide you in using collage-making as a tool to uncover the beauty of your inner world, helping you set intentions and create with purpose while fostering a sense of calm and regulation.
This workshop is designed for all skill levels and offers a supportive space to relax, create, and connect. While the experience provides therapeutic benefits, it’s not intended as formal therapy. It’s all about bringing intention and creativity into your life in a gentle, fun, and community-focused way.
