Are you a parent, educator, therapist, or curious learner interested in how the arts can support emotional well-being and nervous system regulation? The Seasource Mentor Studio offers a welcoming, a space for creative exploration and personal growth, where you can discover somatic and expressive arts based resources to expand ones capacity to access regulation and increase emotional awareness.
In this open studio format, you will explore a variety of creative practices such as the visual arts, movement, music, and more. This mentor studio was designed to expand access to those looking to be "seasourced". Led by Stacia Boynton, an experienced Expressive Arts Therapist (LMHC), the studio provides flexibility for you to explore creativity in a way that suits your needs, with optional guidance available.
Each session includes:
- Self-guided expressive arts exploration
- Learn the seasource of the month
- Expressive arts experience for emotional regulation
- A supportive, community-driven environment
