About Stacia & Seasources
The heart behind the studio and the tools that guide the work.
Grounded in nervous system science and shaped by the rhythms and creatures of the sea, Stacia Boynton’s work blends expressive arts, somatic awareness, and gentle nervous system education. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Expressive Arts Therapist, her signature Seasources draw inspiration from the rhythms of the ocean—offering simple, creative practices that support grounding, steadiness, and emotional resilience across the lifespan.

Healing Through the Creative Process
Expressive therapies are an integrative, intermodal approach that uses visual art, movement, music, drama, writing, play, and mindfulness to support emotional growth and self-awareness. Rather than focusing only on conversation, this bottom-up method engages the body, brain, and breath—allowing individuals to process experiences through symbolic and sensory expression in a safe, supportive way.
An ocean-inspired playgroup for babies, toddlers & their grown-ups

👧 Ages: 0-6 + a caregiver

🎟️ Investment: $25 per family
A gentle morning for little ones and their grown-ups to connect in community. The morning will include seasonal songs, nourishing snack time together, and nature exploration. Bring your strollers and blankets as we will take a trip to the beach during the session.

We reserve the right to cancel should minimum enrollment not be met. All classes and workshops are final sale and non-refundable. If schools are canceled due to winter weather concerns, a Zoom offering will be provided when applicable.
