THE STUDIOBased in Humarock, MA; Sea to Believe is an expressive arts studio exploring emotional wellness with a conscious heart through the lens of the expressive arts, movements, and the ocean sea. A warm and inviting space that provides room for art, movement, musical exploration, sandtray , mindfulness, kids yoga, and more. Furnished with colors and accents scientifically shown to promote relaxation, The Studio dons soft lighting; warm, neutral colors; comfy, soft seating; and salt lamps. Most importantly, the space cultivates an atmosphere of belonging and acceptance, where all may be free to express themselves using their bodies, brains, and breath.

We warmly invite you to join us for Ocean Flow : Upper Body Lymph Renewal, a restorative gathering designed to help you connect with and nurture your lymphatic system. Just like the ebb and flow of ocean tides, your lymphatic system works tirelessly to detoxify your body, support your immune system, and maintain overall balance. In this session, you'll discover how simple, soothing daily practices can enhance your lymphatic flow.
Guided by our facilitators, you'll explore gentle self-care techniques that are easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Together, we’ll tap into the calming power of breathwork to reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. You’ll learn about the vital role your lymphatic system plays in your health and how taking care of it can lead to a healthier, more balanced life.
This month we will teach you a simple self-care routine, along with other ways to boost your immune system through upper body lymphatic care, including breathwork rebounding/movement, bilateral drawing and more. Come nurture your body and experience the restorative power of mindful self-care.
