What to Expect

Each gathering begins gently. Families arrive as they are, settling in with tea and time to nurse, feed, or snuggle. We ease into a soft circle of seasonal songs and finger play, followed by a simple seasource™ skill that supports co-regulation, emotional grounding, and maternal wellbeing. We will then move into a creative practice inspired by Waldorf education. Each week, you will be guided through mindful, tactile crafts using natural materials such as wool, beeswax, and silk. You will leave each week with something meaningful for you and your child. All art experiences are beginner-friendly.

Refunds, Cancellations & More

We reserve the right to cancel should a minimum number of registrations not be met. All classes and workshops are final sale, no returns/refunds. This gathering was thoughtfully created to offer an expressive arts experience that is therapeutic, not therapy. More questions? seatobelievellc@gmail.com (if schools are canceled due to winter weather concerns, we will have a Zoom offering)
