Each gathering begins gently. Mamas arrive as they are, settling in with tea, and time to nurse, feed, or snuggle. We ease into a soft circle of seasonal songs, creative play, and a simple Seasource™ skill to support co-regulation and emotional grounding. A brief moment of quiet observation invites presence and wonder, followed by a mindful creative practice inspired by Waldorf inpired education. Throughout the month of July we will design a homemade flower press for you and your child while weaving in mindful watercoloring throughout each circle. There is no art experience necessary for this circle.
Featuring a song circle, finger play, Seasources with watercolor, and ending with a walk to the beach. We hope to see you there!
