Each gathering begins gently. Mamas arrive as they are, settling in with tea, and time to nurse, feed, or snuggle. We ease into a soft circle of seasonal songs, creative play, and a simple Seasource™ skill to support co-regulation and emotional grounding. A brief moment of quiet observation invites presence and wonder, followed by a mindful creative practice inspired by Waldorf inspired education. January details are coming soon! There is no art experience necessary for this circle.

Featuring a song circle, finger play, Seasources with candle-making, and ending with a walk to the beach. We hope to see you there!
