A nurturing Waldorf and expressive arts–inspired series for mothers and their babies

Who • Pregnant Moms & Moms with infants age 0–12 months

This gathering begins gently. Mamas arrive as they are, settling in with tea, and time to nurse, feed, or snuggle. We ease into a soft circle of seasonal songs, creative play, and a simple Seasource™ skill to support co-regulation and emotional grounding. A brief moment of quiet observation invites presence and wonder, followed by a mindful creative practice inspired by Waldorf inspired education. We will spend the remainder of the time engaging in mindful expressive arts practices. There is no art experience necessary for this circle.

We reserve the right to cancel should a minimum number of registrations not be met. All classes and workshops are final sale, no returns/refunds.
