Join us for a restorative day that will include gentle somatic movement experiences, a guided expressive arts Seasources™ experience, and needle felting workshop. During the seatreat you will be offered nourishing meals, time by the ocean, and time to slow down, to connect, create, and co-regulate in community. Our picnic lunch will be provided by Outer Isles and we will end the evening with a private waterfront dinner thoughtfully prepared by H COLE.
