Join us for a relaxed afternoon in community of mothers-to-be. Our time together will focus on preparing you to thrive in the 4th trimester (postpartum). A guided space to learn the basics of physical healing and how to call in support ahead of time while creating space to share in your excitement and speak honestly about any challenges. 

Stacia and Sam are combining their passions to create a special day just for you and your growing family. Sip some pregnancy safe tea as we combine nature, wellness, postpartum education, expressive arts, and nervous system regulation. You will leave not only feeling prepared for your approaching postpartum season but also grounded, supported and nourished.
