A parent-centered creative studio for nervous system regulation

Littles Seasource™ Studio is a gentle Friday morning space designed for parents to slow down, regulate, and reconnect—without needing to step away from their children.

Rooted in our Sea to Believe seasource™ principles, each session supports co-regulation through expressive arts, sensory materials, and simple, repeatable practices you can carry into daily life. Rather than focusing on curriculum or child-led outcomes, this studio centers the parent’s nervous system—because when you feel grounded, your child feels it too.

Children ages 0–6 are warmly welcomed to move, play, observe, and engage alongside you in a thoughtfully prepared studio environment.

⏰ Time: 9-10:30am
👧 Ages: Children Ages 0-6 with an Adult

Each gathering begins with a gentle seasonal arrival in the studio—a soft landing on the rug with simple songs, grounding rhythms, and space to settle. From there, we transition together to the shared table for guided, hands-on creative exploration.

SEPTEMBER

Dolphin Series: Monthly Flow

  • Week 1: Watercolor & Flow
    Exploring fluidity, breath, and emotional movement through soft color and water

  • Week 2: Beeswax & Warmth
    Working with warmth and scent to invite comfort, presence, and sensory grounding

  • Week 3: Felting & Rhythm
    Repetitive, tactile motion to support focus, settling, and nervous system regulation

  • Week 4: Community Creation
    A collaborative studio experience centered on connection, reflection, and shared meaning

Who this is for:
Parents and caregivers seeking a supportive, creative way to regulate their nervous system while staying connected to their child

What to expect:
A calm, sensory-rich studio, natural materials, tea, and a welcoming space where both you and your child can simply be held in rhythm, creativity, and connection

No experience is needed

Sea of Beginnings is a welcoming space for caregivers and young children to connect, create, and co regulate together through movement, expressive arts, and simple nervous-system–supportive practices. This enrichment studio is designed to nurture early emotional development while giving caregivers accessible tools they can model and carry into everyday family life.

Each gathering begins with gentle movement circle and regulation activities to help bodies settle, connect, and arrive together. From there, families are invited into a hands-on expressive arts experience followed by a playful introduction to the 

seasource of the Month — a simple, practical skill that supports regulation, connection, and resilience for both children and caregivers.

The atmosphere is calm, flexible, and child-friendly, honoring each child’s unique temperament and developmental stage. Participation is always invitational, with space for exploration, observation, and connection at your own pace.

All classes and workshops are final sale (no refunds).

We reserve the right to cancel if minimum enrollment is not met.

This is an enrichment experience focused on creativity, relationship building, and shared learning — not therapy — and all caregivers with children ages three and under are warmly welcome.
