Unlock the Power of Fascia: A Workshop to Release Pain and Restore Movement
🗓️ Date: Sunday, January 26th
⏰ Time: 2-4pm
📍 Location: Sea to Believe Expressive Arts Studio
Facilitator : Dr. Megan Ciccolo
🎨 Investment: $75
Fascia is the connective tissue that supports every cell in your body, from your head to your toes. This dense, web-like structure provides stability and flexibility, but when it's restricted or damaged, it can lead to pain and dysfunction throughout the body. Inflammation caused by prolonged sitting, repetitive movements, trauma, or surgery can cause fascia to harden and tighten. Unfortunately, these restrictions don’t always show up on standard diagnostic tests, leaving many people unsure of the source of their discomfort.
That’s where Myofascial Release comes in. This powerful technique uses sustained pressure to target the fascia, triggering a biochemical response that helps it return to a healthy, supple state. Myofascial release addresses the root cause of pain and tension, rather than just masking symptoms, often resulting in remarkable, long-lasting improvements. The effects can feel almost magical!
About Your Instructor: Dr. Megan Ciccolo
Dr. Megan Ciccolo is a highly skilled physical therapist with 18 years of experience, specializing in myofascial release. With a deep understanding of the fascial system, she has helped countless patients regain pain-free, active lives—even when traditional treatments have fallen short. Dr. Ciccolo’s ultimate goal is to empower her patients to become their own therapists, taking control of their healing journey. In this two-hour workshop, you will learn how to do just that!
In This Workshop, You Will Learn:
Each participant will also receive two myofascial release self-treatment balls, designed to help you continue your healing journey at home.
Limited Space: Only 20 Spots Available!
This intimate workshop is limited to 20 participants to ensure personalized instruction and attention. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to transform your body and your health. Reserve your spot today and start your journey to a pain-free, active life!
✨ Refunds, Cancellations & More:
