Are you a parent, educator, therapist, or curious learner interested in how the arts can support emotional well-being and nervous system regulation? The Seasource Mentor Studio offers a welcoming, self-paced space for creative exploration and personal growth, where you can discover somatic and expressivearts-based tools for mindfulness, emotional self-care, and healing.
In this open studio format, you'll explore a variety of creative practices—visual arts, movement, sound, and more—designed to nurture the nervous system and foster emotional awareness. Work at your own pace, guided by monthly seasource themes, while tapping into the healing power of art. Led by Stacia Boynton, an experienced Expressive Arts Therapist (LMHC), the studio provides flexibility for you to explore creativity in a way that suits your needs, with optional guidance available.

We’re bringing the ocean’s beauty to life through needle felting! Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting out, this is the perfect opportunity to connect, create, and unwind while making your own starfish-inspired pieces. During this time you will have access to a variety of color, shapes, and felting supplies. There will be seasource education mixed into the creative experience as well as opportunity to journal while you create. Each month will focus on a new seasource and nervous system regulation strategy. There is no experience required for this gathering

She will guide you in using collage-making as a tool to uncover the beauty of your inner world, helping you set intentions and create with purpose while fostering a sense of calm and regulation.
This workshop is designed for all skill levels and offers a supportive space to relax, create, and connect. While the experience provides therapeutic benefits, it’s not intended as formal therapy. It’s all about bringing intention and creativity into your life in a gentle, fun, and community-focused way.

Join us for a nurturing, therapeutic gathering that combines the healing power of creative expression, nature, and mindfulness. In this gathering, you’ll embark on a moss adventure, learning how to create your very own spring arrangement or kokedama using spring bulbs and moss—an experience that brings together nature and art in community.

Whether you're an experienced artist or a beginner, this gathering is designed for you to fully immerse yourself in creating with your hands and heart. All materials, including the moss, bulbs, and other supplies, are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart. This gathering is designed as an expressive, creative experience—not a therapy session. Reminder for returning guests to bring art journal.
