She will guide you in using collage-making as a tool to uncover the beauty of your inner world, helping you set intentions and create with purpose, while also fostering a sense of calm and regulation.

MEET STACIAStacia is the heart and soul behind Sea to Believe, an expressive arts therapy studio in Humarock, MA, where she helps children, adults, and community members connect with themselves through creative expression. With a deep passion for the transformative power of art, movement, and play, Stacia guides individuals to explore their emotions, build self-regulation skills, and discover their inner strength. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and centered on empowering others to connect, create, and co-regulate with the arts modalities.

THE STUDIOBased in Humarock, MA; Sea to Believe is an expressive arts studio exploring emotional wellness with a conscious heart through the lens of the expressive arts, movements, and the ocean sea. A warm and inviting space that provides room for art, movement, musical exploration, sandtray , mindfulness, kids yoga, and more. Furnished with colors and accents scientifically shown to promote relaxation, The Studio dons soft lighting; warm, neutral colors; comfy, soft seating; and salt lamps. Most importantly, the space cultivates an atmosphere of belonging and acceptance, where all may be free to express themselves using their bodies, brains, and breath.
