MEET STACIAStacia is the heart and soul behind Sea to Believe, an expressive arts therapy studio in Humarock, MA, where she supports children, adults, and the community through the power of creative expression. With a deep belief in the transformative connection between art, movement, and play, Stacia guides individuals in developing Seasource™ regulation skills and discovering their inner strength. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and rooted in empowering others to connect, create, and co-regulate.

THE STUDIOSea to Believe is an expressive arts studio exploring emotional wellness with a conscious heart through the lens of the expressive arts, movements, and the ocean sea. A warm and inviting space that provides room for art, movement, musical exploration, sandtray , mindfulness, kids yoga, and more. Furnished with colors and accents scientifically shown to promote relaxation. Most importantly, the space cultivates an atmosphere of belonging and acceptance, where all may be free to express themselves using their bodies, brains, and breath.
